At the beginning of 2025, we installed this soft touch carpet in a newly refub property in New Addington, perfectly complementing the new space. This carpet was laid over underfloor heating, using heatflow underlay to ensure optimal comfort and heat distribution. Its luxurious texture enhances the bedroom, living room, dining room, and hallway, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. The combination of style and functionality makes it an ideal choice for any contemporary living space.
The customer installed underfloor heating themselves, and to ensure durability and strangth, we applied a screed over it. Additionally, we laid the same Soft Touch carpet in the hallway, creating a seamless transition throughout the space. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also maximizes comfort and maintains uniform warmth in all areas of the home, resulting in a cohesive and inviting environment
